Yeah, this is how it feels to connect on 8 of your 9 three-point shots.

One monkey gone - Nuggets have two wins in a playoff series for first time since 1994... more to come!

The last time the Nuggets opened a playoff kseries, the year was 1988 and Alex English and Fat Lever were in uniform. The Nuggets had not won a game at home since 2006 against the Los Angeles Clippers.

Chauncey Billups showed his home team and the basketball world that he can still lead a squad to victory in a playoff game. When Carmelo Anthony and JR Smith's offense sputtered early on, Chauncey scored and directed his team by connecting on 8 out of 9 three-pointers and handing out 8 assists.

Steve Blake JR shot another high percentage and also got the three-ball going - hitting 3 of 5. Only 1 turnover in game 2 after 5 in Game 1 was another nice improvement. Player rating: 4.0
